Rubber Encapsulated Diamond Wire
We manufacture various diamond wires for cutting granite. Our rubber encapsulated diamond wire for quarry applications is spaced with or without springs. The rugged wires are designed to operate for various applications from quarry, block dressing and profile wires.
- Quarry wires are encapsulated with 40 beads per meter
- Beads are made with high quality diamond and metal bonds.
- All our diamond beads are processed the HIP process
- Custom diamond can be manufactured to customer specification
