ProHybrid Series - Diamond Wire
Our diamond wire for concrete cutting is assembled using HBB (HIP Brazed Beads). These beads are designed to operate at fast cutting speeds similar to electroplated wire beads but giving a service life which is similar to sintered beads. Our wires are all assembled with spring and a rubber spacer which makes for a robust product. We offer wires in 40 – 43 and 55 beads per meter designed to operate on different materials.
- HBB – Hipped Brazed Bead which offers a high concentration of diamond evenly distributed and HIPed for higher diamond retention.
- HBB Wire beads are designed to run in machines ranging from 15 to 25 kw machines.

HBB WIRE BEADS – Beads are processed with a concentration of diamond which is brazed and HIPed.
HIPPED – Beads are Hot Isostatic Pressed for better diamond retention and even bond wear.
HYBRID – DP – High concentration of diamond which is evenly placed. Fast cutting with a good service life
