Diamond Tool Stone
We offer a wide range of diamond wires and wire beads for granite, marble and other dimensional stone quarrying, profiling, squaring and multi-wire cutting applications. Our beads are processed through the advanced Hot Isostatic Processing which gives better diamond retention and higher tool reliability.
Our diamond wires are assembled with or without springs and generally encapsulated with specialized rubber. Rubber encapsulated diamond wires have also been adapted for cutting of slate, marble, granite and sandstone.
We also offer various accessories which are required for spring assembly of the diamond wire by our customer. All accessories in combination with our wire beads are proven to perform globally. For the same, please make a request on our Service page.
All our segments are processed through the advanced HIP (Hot Isostatic Pressing) technology. Further our ProHybrid series encompassed various other technological advances in high strength welding, diamond placement and segment design.
